Abstract
This curatorial project, Echoes in Time, aims to provide a comprehensive overview of Kejoo Park’s artworks and her in-depth artistic philosophy, as well as the curatorial and marketing strategies designed in detail to ensure the exhibition’s success. Executed at Space776 Gallery on the Lower East Side in New York City, Echoes in Time marks Kejoo Park’s inaugural solo exhibition in the United States, after spending decades in Germany and Switzerland working as an artist and predominantly as a landscape architect. From this documentation, I aim to deliberately describe the internal and external influences that inspired Kejoo Park. I will then demonstrate how I attempted to engage the audience by visually presenting Park’s artistic conviction, supported by confirmed data, interviews, evidence, and solid results.
