Abstract
As the art world expands at a rapid rate, navigating the process of finding, evaluating and purchasing artworks can be overwhelming and unclear, especially for cautious buyers who are beginning their collections or who are new to the space. Meanwhile, thousands of talented emerging artists are waiting to be discovered and several mid-career artists are struggling to stand out in a crowded field. The Cló Collection is a new online print gallery that addresses both of these pain points. As a print publisher, we will collaborate with emerging and mid-career artists in order to create and sell high-quality, extraordinary and
important prints while offering young buyers a curated, easily navigable platform to
purchase artworks that they love at an attainable price point.
The unique blend of beauty and accessibility made possible by quality printmaking is central to our brand DNA. In fact, the Irish Gaelic word Cló translates roughly to Print in English, a nod to both our founder’s ancestry and the artistic medium of the works we are selling1. Meanwhile, the word Collection is indicative of the unique and selective assortment of limited editioned prints that will differentiate our offering in the eyes of discerning collectors. We are here to assist our clients in beginning, and building their art collections.
