A Business Project: Compound Advisory and Design
Abstract
This business project addresses the plan to open a unique advisory and design firm in the Chinese art market. By examining the Greater China art market, I point out a few problematic areas within the market, proposing this business idea, an aspiring space where advisory and design firm is integrated with a members-only modern day Salon, as my solution. Considering a wide variety of diverse aspects and incorporate them into a compelling vision of my firm, I also effectively show the absence of a similar competing service in the vast Greater China market. Moreover, by providing a detailed table of expenses and profit to identify the vitals of my business.
