Abstract
Art From Scratch is an arts organization that will primarily act as a studio residency program. We will be located within the borough of Queens, in Woodside, New York. Five, New York City based artists will be granted a free studio space, along with a $500 stipend, for a duration of six months. Each artist will be be unrepresented, emerging artists who focus on two-dimensional arts and is interested in engaging with the community through their craft.
