Abstract
This report aims to make a detailed business plan for an art project called “之间
Space”. "之间(between in English)" embodies the creative concepts of space, time,
between hearts, and between people. The project is located in Sanya City, Hainan
Province, China, and aims to establish a 1,000-square-meter super-large art salon
space through cooperation with Sanya Tourism and Culture Investment Group in
Sanya CBD. “之间 Space” integrates art, culture, entertainment, social interaction,
and consumption to attract artists, collectors, high-net-worth clients, and the
participation of various communities, and ultimately build an art community with “之
间Space” as the core. This business plan aims to clarify the positioning of this project, market opportunities, existing market issues, customer segmentation, value proposition and competitive advantage, financing methods, financial budget, project planning, marketing and promotion strategies, resource requirements, and
