Abstract

A business created to invest and purchase art as well as sharing it in rotational programs or buying it through faction-ownership, in order to diversify assets and encourage young collectors to participate in the art world. The business works with a membership and the company would earn profits from each transaction to cover all expenses. The memberships will be extended to a small number of people to be able to handle each transaction with the correct due diligence with sufficient time and prior research.

Art-M Advisors is located in Madrid, Spain and is determined to offer private advice to its members for the acquisition of Spanish Contemporary Art. These members will hopefully become permanent members of the advisory and will be provided with monthly portfolios including sections on leading news and Spain’s art market. The goal of this portfolio is to keep members up to date with anticipations and speculations from advisors.
