Abstract
This business plan establishes the Pablo Bush Romero Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. This business plan will elaborate on the mission of that foundation, the importance of the antiquities in this foundation's collection, and the business model. It will also discuss Potential revenue streams, cost structures, value propositions the foundation offers, and the potential challenges that the foundation faces. This foundation has no permanent public location but is accessible to the public virtually. The online platform will use the latest technology to make the experience as valuable as possible. Educational and artistic institutions will be allowed to request some, or all, of the collection for study or display. One of the main goals of the collection’s namesake was the public use of the artifacts. He wished for them to be studied and seen by the everyday man. The foundation will prioritize this. Museums and institutions in the United States have extensive budgets for special projects and exhibitions. For some museums, these budgets exceed two million dollars. With the funds available to museums, we expect to achieve this goal within the first two years of opening. The goal of this business proposal is to highlight the feasibility of sustaining this foundation. Keeping the foundation operational is the sole financial goal of the Pablo Bush Romero Foundation. How this can be achieved is outlined in this plan.
