Abstract
The first part of this business plan explores the reasons behind a change from a early-stage, immature idea (Sprout) into a feasible business plan (CLMR). The second part talks about CLMR in details, from product, services, co-founder, company structure, business model, logo design to advertising, roadmap and execution details. This business presents CLMR as an online trading platform of top-notch artworks for professional Asian collectors. Guaranteeing the rights for both the buyer and the seller, the platform offers a more efficient solution than existing methods.
