Abstract
In this report, each step taken in the realization of the visual arts exhibition, Juan Dolhare: PROXIMITY, is thoroughly examined from the very first pitch letter that was emailed to the plan for hosting a Tango Dance event surrounded by the contemporary art of the exhibition. Other items to be discussed include: securing funding, locating a venue, shipping the art, installation of the exhibition, marketing tactics, public relations and many more. This process will be reported on from the viewpoint of the Curator of this exhibit.
